Can you take an engine apart and reassemble it? How about working with pistons, cylinders, cranks, rotating camshafts, intake valves and control panels?

If you’ve got a vehicle, mechanical or manufacturing background and serious problem-solving skills, here’s a chance to join our brilliant on-site operations team.

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll help service our fleet of Jenbacher and CAT engines. You will also carry out planned maintenance visits to keep our four-stroke reciprocator engines running efficiently. If you’ve serviced these engine types before – and ideally have some diagnostic experience – we want to hear from you.

You’ll spot early warning signs and possible equipment breakdown signals – raising emergency and corrective work orders. You will also document site visits, complete service reports, accurately log part bookings and maintain van stock.

QUICK TIP: Got the core technical skills but maybe need some extra training? Our development programme can help you fill in the gaps - so don’t let this put you off applying!

Why this job? Apart from the variety, flexible time management and good work-life balance, you’ll be working for a successful renewable energy business.
